Unlabelled: Testing methods of detecting various cardiac biomarkers play a significant influence in determining and treating cardiac-related conditions and ultimate prognosis. With the increasing global prevalence of cardiac disease, the importance of rapid testing methods in diagnosis and management has grown tremendously. The point-of-care testing (POCT) method is a potential biochemical diagnostic technique that may overcome the issue of delayed laboratory results, particularly in regions with limited access to advanced laboratory equipment or resource-constrained.

Objective: To assess the predictive value of peripheral blood inflammatory markers for delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and explore methods for early intervention.
Methods: This single-center retrospective study reviewed medical records of ICH patients admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital over a 12-month period from January 2022 to December 2023. Of the 150 identified patients with ICH, including 80 patients without DCI (control group) and 70 with DCI (observation group).

Introduction: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction (ACLR) is the gold standard for treating ACL injuries, particularly in soccer players who are at a high risk of knee injury. While professional athletes often return to sport (RTS) within 7-10 months after ACLR, non-elite players experience significant delays. There is a need to investigate neuromuscular deficits and functional asymmetries in the non-elite group, which may persist even after clearance for RTS.

Initial evaluations, including laboratory tests and imaging, were unremarkable, prompting a series of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. A multidisciplinary approach, including empiric gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) therapy, was started.
