Bisphenol A (BPA) is a synthetic estrogen compound, which widely exists in the environment, interferes with mammalian endocrine and affects the function of reproductive system of males. Taking fresh sperm of boar, 17 ℃ preservation boar sperm, and mouse sperm as test materials, we examined the effects of BPA (0, 0.1,1,10,100 μmol∙L) on proteins tyrosine phosphorylation in sperm and the molecular mechanism by using wes-tern blot (WB) and immunofluorescence techniques coupled to culture method. The results showed that low BPA concentration (0.1, 1 μmol∙L) markedly accelerated the protein tyrosine phosphorylation of fresh boar capacitated sperm. However, the tyrosine phosphorylation of boar sperm decreased in high BPA concentration (10, 100 μmol∙L). The tyrosine phosphorylation of the mouse sperm raised with the increases of BPA concentration. Moreover, BPA affected different kinds of proteins related to tyrosine phosphorylation modification of porcine and mouse sperm capacitation, suggesting that the effect of BPA exposure on mammalian sperm was species-specific. Furthermore, the results of immunofluorescence showed that the effects of BPA on protein tyrosine phosphorylation in sperm mainly occurred in the middle and principal piece of flagellum.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of lymphoma in adults, which characterized by a high degree of heterogeneity in terms of clinical presentation, molecular phenotype, and genetic features. However, approximately 30 %-40 % of patients are refractory to standard chemotherapy, and their prognosis is poor. The emergence of small-molecule inhibitors, such as Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi), has greatly improved the treatment of DLBCL; however, drug resistance associated with small-molecule inhibitors has greatly limited their clinical application.

Background: Chromosome segregation 1 like () overexpression can promote proliferation and migration in cancer. In previous study, we found that CSE1L expression was higher in gastric cancer (GC) tissues compared to normal tissues. However, the biological function and molecular mechanism of CSE1L in GC remains unclear.

Background: Para-phenylenediamine (PPD) is a crystalline solid that belongs to the aromatic amine group, widely used in the manufacturing of various dyes. PPD exhibits toxic effects on female hormone stability, ovarian function, and embryo development. Although studies have shown that PPD exposure can damage oocyte quality in female mice, research on its effects on male reproductive capability, particularly on human sperm quality and function, is limited.

Cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) is a quaternary ammonium antimicrobial used in numerous personal care products, human food, cosmetic products, and cleaning solutions. Yet, there is minimal published data on CPC effects on eukaryotes, immune signaling, and human health. Previously, it was shown that low-micromolar CPC inhibits rat mast cell function by inhibiting antigen (Ag)-stimulated Ca mobilization, microtubule polymerization, and degranulation.

Because of the close membrane apposition, there is rapid exclusion of CD45, and therefore LCK activation. Much less is known about whether spatial regulation of the intracellular face dictates LCK activity and TCR signal transduction.
