Long-duration restrictions during the pandemic caused different effects on women's mental health in terms of eating behavior and negative body perception. This study was performed with the aim of determining opinions about body perceptions women during the COVID-19 pandemic. This was a qualitative study using the content analysis method. A total of 10 women, determined with the targeted sampling method (similar group), were interviewed who were young adults and adults. Research data were collected between July - August 2021 with an information form and semi-structured interview form. The content analysis method was used to analyze data to create themes. The women in the study were aged from 20-39 years and eight of the 10 women were married, and all had undergraduate degrees. The research revealed 3 main themes and 7 subthemes. The themes were determined as dissatisfaction (vicious circle, loss of the self-respect), burden that cannot be borne (complications, pressure from others) and restrictions (cage, self-care neglect, Necessity of support). Background: According to WHO, "noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) kill 41 million people" annually, as the primary cause of death globally. WHO's Global Action Plan for the prevention and control of NCDs 2013-2020 (extended) tackles this issue and its implications regarding inequalities between countries and populations. Based on combined behavioural, environmental and policy approaches, health promotion aims to reduce health inequities and address health determinants through 3 strategies: education, prevention and protection.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the medical-seeking behavior of Osteogenesis Imperfecta(OI) children in Southwest China, summarize and analyze the issues in their medical process, and propose corresponding improvement strategies.
Methods: A phenomenological study involving semi-structured interviews with 20 OI caregivers at a tertiary centre for children from March to August 2021 was analyzed thematically, following Anderson's model.
Results: We identified eight themes in the data: 1)Regional disparities of OI management, 2)Big economic burden, 3)High-risk population, 4)Lack of health education, 5)Multiple treatments,6)Strict treatment indications,7)Disappointing therapeutic outcomes,8)Effective or ineffective treatment results.

True total-body and extended axial field-of-view (AFOV) PET/CT with 1m or more of body coverage are now commercially available and dramatically increase system sensitivity over conventional AFOV PET/CT. The Siemens Biograph Vision Quadra (Quadra), with an AFOV of 106cm, potentially allows use of significantly lower administered radiopharmaceuticals as well as reduced scan times. The aim of this study was to optimise acquisition protocols for routine clinical imaging with FDG on the Quadra the prioritisation of reduced activity given physical infrastructure constraints in our facility.

Background: Fungal pretreatment for partial separation of lignocellulosic components may reduce lignocellulose recalcitrance during the production of biofuels and biochemicals. Quantitative and qualitative modification of plant lignin through genetic engineering or traditional breeding may also reduce the recalcitrance. This study was conducted to examine the effects of combining these two approaches using three white rot fungi and mulberry wood with an altered lignin structure.
