Irradiance uniformity is critical to the accuracy of photovoltaic device test results. Therefore, to post-correct the irradiance uniformity inherent in artificial lighting systems, a spatial irradiance filter scheme for film patterns is proposed based on the physical phenomenon of a positively related relationship between inkjet concentration and the transparency of the flexible film. The scheme first establishes the characteristic equation between the irradiance absorption and pattern grayscale values and then generates the spatial filtering pattern by utilizing the light intensity distribution to be calibrated, matrix operations, and bilinear interpolation.

The inkjet printing technology based on piezoelectric micro-jets can effectively realize the efficient and high-precision processing of special-shaped structures. In this work, a nozzle-driven piezoelectric micro-jet device is proposed, and its structure and micro-jet process are described. ANSYS two-phase, two-way fluid-structure coupling simulation analysis is carried out, and the mechanism of the piezoelectric micro-jet is described in detail.

The meniscus is a fibrocartilage tissue that is integral to the correct functioning of the knee joint. The tissue possesses a unique collagen fiber architecture that is integral to its biomechanical functionality. In particular, a network of circumferentially aligned collagen fibers function to bear the high tensile forces generated in the tissue during normal daily activities.
