Background: Neuroblastoma (NB) is a highly heterogeneous and common pediatric malignancy with a poor prognosis. Ferroptosis, an iron-dependent cell death pathway, may play a crucial role in NB tumor progression and immune response. This study aimed to investigate ferroptosis in NB to identify potential therapeutic targets and develop predictive models for prognosis and recurrence.

Deficits in sensorimotor gating have been reported in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as in ASD murine models. However, this behavior has not been examined in the neuronal subset-specific (NS)- knockout (KO) model of ASD. KO mice exhibit hyperactivity of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway which is implicated in the onset of autistic deficits.

However, the inclusion of these variables in randomized control trials (RCTs) remains limited; thus, the extent of generalizability from such trials is brought into question. The purpose of this study is to explore the rates of reporting SDH variables in RCTs focused on shoulder surgery from the past decade.
