Background: Neuroblastoma (NB) is a highly heterogeneous and common pediatric malignancy with a poor prognosis. Ferroptosis, an iron-dependent cell death pathway, may play a crucial role in NB tumor progression and immune response. This study aimed to investigate ferroptosis in NB to identify potential therapeutic targets and develop predictive models for prognosis and recurrence.

Deficits in sensorimotor gating have been reported in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as in ASD murine models. However, this behavior has not been examined in the neuronal subset-specific (NS)- knockout (KO) model of ASD. KO mice exhibit hyperactivity of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway which is implicated in the onset of autistic deficits.

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy has shown very promising results in the treatment of refractory or relapsed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This systematic review evaluates the effectiveness and side effects of CAR T-cell therapies, focusing on factors affecting both clinical outcomes and adverse effects. This review included data from 14 studies involving 1392 patients with DLBCL who underwent CAR T-cell therapy.
