Phase change energy storage is a new type of energy storage technology that can improve energy utilization and achieve high efficiency and energy savings. Phase change hysteresis affects the utilization effect of phase change energy storage, and the influencing factors are unknown. In this paper, a low-temperature eutectic phase change material, CaCl·6HO-MgCl·6HO, was selected as the research object, combined with the mechanism of phase change hysteresis characteristics, using a temperature acquisition instrument to draw the step cooling curve. A differential scanning calorimeter was used to measure the DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) curve, and the hysteresis characteristics of phase transformation were studied by factors, such as heat storage temperature, cooling temperature, and cooling rate. The experimental results show that when heating temperature increases by 30 °C, phase transition hysteresis decreases by about 3 °C. The cooling temperature decreased by 10 °C, and the phase transition hysteresis increased by 2.69 °C. This paper provides a new idea for optimizing the properties of phase change energy storage materials and provides a possibility for realizing the parametric control of phase change hysteresis factors.

Natural killer (NK) cells have proven to be safe and effective immunotherapies, associated with favorable treatment responses in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Augmenting NK cell function with oncological drugs could improve NK cell-based immunotherapies. Here, we used a high-throughput drug screen consisting of over 500 small-molecule compounds to systematically evaluate the effects of oncological drugs on primary NK cells against CML cells.

Purpose: Previous studies have demonstrated significant biomechanical differences between individuals with chronic ankle instability (CAI) and healthy controls during the Y-balance test. This study aimed to examine the effects of kinesio taping (KT) on lower limb biomechanical characteristics during the Y-balance anterior reach task in individuals with CAI.
Methods: A total of 30 participants were recruited, comprising 15 individuals with CAI and 15 healthy controls.

Background: This study investigates the role and efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy during the recovery phase of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury. Patients hospitalized in the acupuncture department of our center between December 1, 2019, and December 1, 2021, were enrolled.
Methods: Participants were divided into an observation group (acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy) and a control group (rehabilitation therapy alone) based on their treatment sequence.

There are limited studies on the phase angle (PhA) and sarcopenic obesity (SO) in the Chinese population. This study aimed to establish 50 kHz-PhA reference data for SO population, and to evaluate the correlation between 50 kHz-PhA and SO. A total of 10,312 participants including 5415 men and 4897 women were enrolled in this study, and their resistance and reactance at 50 kHz, and body composition parameters were measured a segmental multifrequency bioelectrical impedance analysis device (InBody 720).

Hedgehog (Hh) morphogen governs embryonic development and tissue homeostasis through the Ci/Gli family transcription factors. Here we report that Hh induces phase separation of the fused (Fu)/Ulk family kinases to allosterically regulate Ci/Gli. We find that Hh-induced phosphorylation of Fu/Ulk3 promotes SUMOylation of their inverted phosphorylation-dependent SUMOylation motifs.
