Objective: This study aims to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and clinical features of childhood malignant solid tumors in a single center in southwest China, thereby providing a reliable basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and rational allocation of resources for these tumors.

Methods: Children less than 15 years old and under-diagnosed with malignant solid tumors for the first time at Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (Children's Medical Center of Southwest China) from 2000 to 2023 were selected. They were classified according to the International Classification of Childhood Cancer, Third Edition (ICCC-3).

Virtual reality (VR) has been used in research and clinical practice in the management of Parkinson's disease (PD), potentially enhancing physiotherapy. Adverse events (AEs) associated with VR applications in PD have been poorly explored. We conducted a randomized controlled trial to compare two 12-week interventions using physiotherapy and immersive VR, and analyzed the frequency and type of AEs occurring in 30 people with PD.

Background: Rare bleeding disorders (RBDs) include fibrinogen (Factor I), prothrombin (Factor II), Factor V(FV), combined Factor V and Factor VIII, Factor VII, Factor X, Factor XI, Factor XII, and Factor XIII deficiencies. This group accounts for 3-5% of all factor deficiencies. Different symptoms may occur, ranging from mild or moderate bleeding to serious and life-threatening bleeding, which may not be related to the factor level.
