While radiation hazards induced by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) in image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT) can be reduced by sparse-view sampling, the image quality is inevitably degraded. We propose a deep learning-based multi-view projection synthesis (DLMPS) approach to improve the quality of sparse-view low-dose CBCT images. In the proposed DLMPS approach, linear interpolation was first applied to sparse-view projections and the projections were rearranged into sinograms; these sinograms were processed with a sinogram restoration model and then rearranged back into projections.

Introduction: Inflammasomes NLRP1 (NLR family pyrin domain containing 1) and NLRP3 are pivotal regulators of the innate immune response, activated by a spectrum of endogenous and exogenous stressors, including ultraviolet radiation (UVR). The precise molecular mechanisms underlying the activation of these inflammasomes remain unclear. Furthermore, the involvement of interleukin-33 (IL-33) in UVR-induced skin carcinogenesis is not well defined.

Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) is the standard treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). Pathological complete regression is closely linked to disease outcomes. However, biomarkers predicting nCRT response and patient survival are lacking for LARC.

Serine arginine-rich splicing factor 1 (SRSF1) is a key oncogenic splicing factor in various cancers, promoting abnormal gene expression through post-translational regulation. Although the protumoral function of SRSF1 is well-established, the effects of inhibiting tumor-intrinsic SRSF1 on the tumor microenvironment and its impact on CD8 T cell-mediated antitumor immunity remain unclear. Our findings indicate that depleting SRSF1 in CD8 T cells improve antitumor immune function, glycolytic metabolism, and the efficacy of adoptive T cell therapy.

Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) intelligent diagnosis promises to elevate clinical efficiency and facilitate timely TMD management for patients. However, development of TMD intelligent diagnostic tools with high accuracy and sensitivity presents challenges, particularly in sensing minute deformations and ensuring rapid self-recovery. Here we report a biocompatible hydrogel electronic sensor with instantaneous self-recovery (within 2.
