Introduction: Cirrhosis is a known risk factor for morbidity and mortality following surgical procedures and has been associated with increased complications, hospital length of stay (LOS), and cost of admission following total joint arthroplasty. However, a paucity of literature exists evaluating the effect of cirrhosis on postoperative outcomes following total shoulder arthroplasty (TSA).
