Mounier-Kuhn syndrome, also known as tracheobronchomegaly, is a rare clinical and radiological condition characterized by tracheobronchial dilatation and recurrent respiratory infections. Patients may be asymptomatic or present with severe respiratory illnesses. A CT scan is sufficient to confirm the diagnosis.

: Esophago-tracheobronchial fistula is a severe and often fatal complication in patients with advanced esophageal cancer, requiring prompt attention. The standard treatment involves the placement of a covered stent, which is relatively simple to perform and effectively seals the fistula. However, stent migration remains a common issue, highlighting the need for improved methods to prevent it.

Objective: To evaluate the results of treatment of postoperative complications in one surgical center over 10 years.
Material And Methods: There were 100 patients with intrapleural complications and indications for surgical correction after various cardiothoracic interventions between 2013 and 2023.
Results: Mortality after thoracoscopic surgeries for cardiothoracic complications was 5%.

FeNO (fractional exhaled nitric oxide) is a crucial marker to understand children's respiratory diseases such as asthma, and severity may vary depending on PM diameter and respiratory tract region. This study investigates the relationship between size-segregated respiratory deposited PM dose and FeNO for children. Size-segregated PM (PM, PM, and PM) and FeNO were measured for eighty children based on individual exposure assessment in five consecutive days.
