Purpose: This study aims to improve our understanding of how communicative interaction is perceived by experienced rehabilitation staff working with patients with Disorders of Consciousness (DoC) and Posttraumatic Amnesia (PTA).
Method: This qualitative study involved five workshops guided by modified Nominal Group Technique with 22 professionals from six disciplines. Reflexive thematic analysis was employed for analysis.

Background: In medical device validation and verification studies, the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC) is often used as a primary endpoint despite multiple reports showing its limitations. Hence, researchers are encouraged to consider alternative metrics as primary endpoints. A new metric called G4 is presented, which is the geometric mean of sensitivity, specificity, the positive predictive value, and the negative predictive value.

Cerebral palsy (CP) is a common motor and postural developmental disability impacting daily activities like toileting. Despite its importance, toileting has often been undervalued in healthcare. This study is aimed at identifying and assessing the level of influence of various factors affecting toileting in individuals with CP using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health for Children and Youth (ICF-CY) framework.
