U-Net is widely used in medical image segmentation due to its simple and flexible architecture design. To address the challenges of scale and complexity in medical tasks, several variants of U-Net have been proposed. Very rarely, brucellosis can cause periprosthetic joint infections (PJI). The aim of this study is to develop a Dutch translation of the Hospital for Special Surgery Expectations Survey using a standardized translation procedure, to use both in clinical practice and in scientific research. Translation is performed on the basis of a forward - backward translation.

This study aims to study the efficacy and safety of a Periarticular analgesic cocktail including ropivacaine injection and epidural ropivacaine for early rehabilitation after a total knee replacement.
Methods: Total of 100 patients divided into two groups, one group received epidural ropivacaine and second group given periarticular cocktail containing ropivacaine.
