Kounis syndrome is an acute coronary syndrome triggered by allergic mediators that induce coronary vasoconstriction and thrombosis, leading to further myocardial damage and anaphylactic shock. Kounis syndrome is also a rare but severe adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine, a phenomenon that underscores the importance of collecting and analyzing similar cases to improve treatment and prognosis. Through comprehensive searches of the Web of Science, Embase, and PubMed databases, this study aimed to gather detailed patient data on patients who developed Kounis syndrome after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine and to further investigate the possible underlying mechanisms using currently available studies.

This study aimed to investigate the advantages and applications of machine learning models in predicting the risk of allergic rhinitis (AR) in children aged 2-8, compared to traditional logistic regression. The study analyzed questionnaire data from 7131 children aged 2-8, which was randomly divided into training, validation, and testing sets in a ratio of 55:15:30, repeated 100 times. Predictor variables included parental allergy, medical history during the child's first year (cfy), and early life environmental factors.

Objective: To determine the geographic variability of Medicaid acceptance among allergists in the US.
Study Design: Geospatial analysis predicted Medicaid acceptance across space, and a multivariable regression identified area-level population demographic variables associated with acceptance.
Methods: We used the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System database to identify allergists.

Objectives: To characterise the respiratory health of elite rowers using a systematic screening approach to assess respiratory health (SARAH) and identify the associations between SARAH findings and acute respiratory illness (ARI) and chest wall injury (CWI).
Methods: A systematic screening approach was conducted in a cohort of elite rowers. The assessment employed validated respiratory questionnaires and multiple physiological measures.
