Arteriovenous grafts (AVG) can be the only bailout solution for patients who require kidney replacement therapy but are unsuitable for arteriovenous fistula (AVF) creation. Currently, high-level evidence on the effectiveness and safety of antithrombotic therapy in AVG patients is scarce.
