Background: There is no gold standard for recurrent weight gain following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). Combining jejuno-jejunostomy distalization type 1 (JJD1) and sleeve resection of the gastrojejunostomy and gastric pouch (GJ-P) may be a potential approach for these patients.
Objectives: To describe 1-year perioperative and nutritional outcomes of patients who underwent JJD1 with sleeve resection of the GJ-P.

Introduction: New androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (ARPIs) are an essential part of the treatment strategy for patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). Despite the good tolerability of ARPIs, after treatment is started, drug-drug interactions (DDIs) between these and other medications frequently taken by these patients may appear. DDIs may reduce the therapeutic effect of both and lead to increased adverse events.

Background: Catheter ablation is an effective therapy for ventricular tachycardia (VT) and is increasing in use. Assessment of contemporary real-world outcomes of VT ablation requires data inclusive of both inpatient and outpatient encounters.
Objective: To assess factors associated with one-year in-hospital mortality, all-cause readmission, and recurrent readmission for VT following VT ablation, along with the associated costs of care.
