To report a case of MEWDS post-COVID-19 infection with multimodal imaging. A 17-year-old boy reported blurring of vision in both eyes 2 months and 10 days following the SARS-CoV-2 infection. Fundus examination revealed hypopigmented lesions nasal to the optic disc, inferior periphery, and near macula in both eyes. Multimodal imaging was consistent with MEWDS. A complete systemic workup was performed to exclude infectious etiology. Fundus lesions resolved with a course of oral corticosteroids and was confirmed on multimodal imaging.

Objective: This study aimed to develop a simple machine-learning model incorporating lymph node metastasis status with F-18 Fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG PET/CT) and clinical information for predicting regional lymph node metastasis in patients with colon cancer.
Methods: This retrospective study included 193 patients diagnosed with colon cancer between January 2014 and December 2017. All patients underwent F-18 FDG PET/CT and blood test before surgery.

Biological brain age is a brain-predicted age using machine learning to indicate brain health and its associated conditions. The presence of an older predicted brain age relative to the actual chronological age is indicative of accelerated aging processes. Consequently, the disparity between the brain's chronological age and its predicted age (brain-age gap) and the factors influencing this disparity provide critical insights into cerebral health dynamics during aging.

Introduction: The anterior division of the internal iliac artery (ADIIA) is a crucial vascular structure that supplies blood to the pelvic organs, perineum, and gluteal region. The present study demonstrates practical data concerning the anatomy of the ADIIA and its branches. It is hoped that the results of the current study may aid in localizing the pelvic arteries effectively.

Although the pathophysiology of migraine involves a complex ensemble of peripheral and central nervous system changes that remain incompletely understood, the activation and sensitization of the trigeminovascular system is believed to play a major role. However, non-invasive, in vivo neuroimaging studies investigating the underlying neural mechanisms of trigeminal system abnormalities in human migraine patients are limited. Here, we studied 60 patients with migraine (55 females, mean age ± SD: 36.

Background: The clinical pictures of essential tremor (ET) and Parkinson's disease (PD) are often quite mimic at the early stage, and longstanding ET may ultimately develop to PD, that is, PD with "antecedent ET". Early diagnosis and differentiation of the two are essential for predicting disease progression and formulating individualized treatment plans. However, current approaches remain challenging.
