Objective: The occurrence of hypofibrinogenemia after tocilizumab treatment has attracted increasing attention, which may cause bleeding and even life-threatening. This study aims to explore the risk factors for tocilizumab-induced hypofibrinogenemia (T-HFIB) and construct a risk prediction model.
Methods: A total of 221 inpatients that received tocilizumab from 2015 to 2023 were retrospectively collected and divided into T-HFIB group or control group.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare systemic immune responses and metastatic effects induced by radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and irreversible electroporation (IRE) in murine tumor models. We assessed cytokine production, growth of treated and untreated metastatic tumors, and synergy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).

E6011 is a monoclonal antibody that is currently under development for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. While ligand binding assays (LBAs) are typically employed for the determination of therapeutic antibodies, ultra-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) represents an alternative platform. E6011 in monkey serum was treated with ammonium sulfate to obtain pellets for subsequent processing.

Purpose: HER2 expression is crucial for the application of HER2-targeted antibody-drug conjugates. This study aims to construct a predictive model by integrating multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) based multimodal radiomics and the Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) score for noninvasive identification of HER2 status in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC).
Methods: A total of 197 patients were retrospectively enrolled and randomly divided into a training cohort (n = 145) and a testing cohort (n = 52).
Background: Recent advances in diagnostics have made it possible to identify early signs of the pathophysiological changes underlying Alzheimer's Disease (AD) via blood tests. However, the use of blood-based biomarkers (BBBMs) for the early detection of AD may be limited in primary care settings despite its potential for wide access and early detection of AD (PMID: 37295421) Therefore, there is a need to understand the barriers and facilitators of BBBM testing for AD in primary care.
Method: We employed a combination of qualitative research, advisory board, and quantitative survey to engage with clinical/scientific advisors and community-based physicians in primary care.
