The behavior of single linear chains on a substrate is a well-studied area of polymer science. Herein, one of the most essential issues is the interaction of the chains with the substrate, which determines both macromolecular conformations near the substrate and adhesive properties of polymer materials. However, very little is known about the effect of macromolecular architecture on adhesion.

Background: Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is a promising antibody‒drug conjugate (ADC) that targets folate receptor alpha (FRα), which is overexpressed in several types of solid tumors. In November 2022, MIRV was approved in the USA for the treatment of adult patients with FRα-positive, platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer who received 1-3 prior systemic treatment regimens. Therefore, high-quality evidence for its efficacy and safety in different cancers is urgently needed.

The progress of open source technology is inseparable from cultivating open source talents in universities. The combination of open source communities and university education can cultivate students' practical innovation abilities. Currently, we are facing problems such as the shortage of open source talents and the sustained use of open source technologies by open source talents.

Traveling waves of neuronal spiking activity are commonly observed across the brain, but their intrinsic function is still a matter of investigation. Experiments suggest that they may be valuable in the consolidation of memory or learning, indicating that consideration of traveling waves in the presence of plasticity might be important. A possible outcome of this consideration is that the synaptic pathways, necessary for the propagation of these waves, will be modified by the waves themselves.

Embryonic development during the preimplantation stages is highly sensitive and critically dependent on the reception of signaling cues. The precise coordination of diverse pathways and signaling factors is essential for successful embryonic progression. Even minor disruptions in these factors can result in physiological dysfunction, fetal malformations, or embryonic arrest.
