Tuberculous lymphadenitis is among the most frequent presentations of extrapulmonary tuberculosis; the most common presentation is isolated chronic non-tender lymphadenopathy in young adults without systemic symptoms. Dupilumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody directed against interleukin-4 receptor-α that blocks the synergistic effects of interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 on allergic inflammation. Its well-known adverse events are allergic conjunctivitis, injection site reaction, and dupilumab facial redness.

Since the introduction of multidrug therapy (MDT), various disabilities/morbidities due to leprosy have been prevented. However, there is a subset of patients in whom the skin lesions do not resolve completely or remain unchanged despite a full course of MDT, which is a great source of anxiety to the patient and their family members. Hence, we tried to ascertain the putative causes and risk factors of persistent skin lesions (PSLs) by analyzing the clinical, histopathological, bacteriological, and drug resistance patterns.

Granulomatous rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease. We present the case of a 30-year-old woman with a three-month history of erythematous monomorphic papules and nodules on the cheeks and forehead. Histopathological examinations revealed tuberculoid granulomas with multinucleated giant cells.
