A 79-year-old patient, with a history of redoendoscopic ampullectomy (low grade dysplasia), was referred to our hospital with cholestatic liver function abnormalities and dilation of the common bile duct. Diagnostic endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) was performed (Figure 1, left), as well as upper gastrointestinal endoscopy (Figure 1, right).
