Introduction: This report describes the outcomes of sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) due to cochlear inner ear barotrauma (IEBt) in five divers treated with hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT).
Methods: The case histories of five consecutive divers presenting with SNHL from IEBt due to diving, were reviewed. All divers provided written consent for their data to be included in the study.

Radiotherapy has a long history in the treatment of lymphoma and leukemia, in which late toxicity outcomes have motivated current goals to improve how radiotherapy is delivered. Contemporary advanced radiotherapy techniques, including intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), proton therapy, deep inspiration breath hold (DIBH), aim to reduce the risk of cardiac morbidity and second cancers caused by radiotherapy while maintaining local control. We use treatment of mediastinal and gastric lymphomas to introduce how modern techniques are chosen for optimal dose delivery, followed by an anatomic site-specific discussion of testicular, bone, and central nervous system disease.

Introduction: This study investigated the feasibility of single breath-hold (BH) diffusion-weighted MR imaging (DWI) using deep learning reconstruction (DLR) compared to navigator triggered (NT) DWI in patients with malignant liver tumors.
Methods: This study included 91 patients who underwent both BH-DWI and NT-DWI with 3T MR system. Abdominal MR images were subjectively analyzed to compare visualization of liver edges, presence of ghosting artifacts, conspicuity of malignant liver tumors, and overall image quality.

Purpose To evaluate the performance of a high-dynamic-range quantitative susceptibility mapping (HDR-QSM) cardiac MRI technique to detect intramyocardial hemorrhage (IMH) and quantify iron content using phantom and canine models. Materials and Methods A free-running whole-heart HDR-QSM technique for IMH assessment was developed and evaluated in calibrated iron phantoms and 14 IMH female canine models. IMH detection and iron content quantification performance of this technique was compared with the conventional iron imaging approaches, R2*(1/T2*) maps, using measurements from ex vivo imaging as the reference standard.

Background: Adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) plays an essential role in the management of early breast cancer (BC), but can lead to cardiovascular and lung toxicities. RT in deep inspiration breath hold (DIBH) often allows better protection of organs at risk. This prospective study compares surface-guided DIBH with free breathing (FB) in patients with left-sided BC, by evaluating individual cardiovascular risks and treatment plan dosimetry.
