Optimizing the electronic configuration of MoC by activating heteroatom(s)-neighboring carbon atoms to enhance the activity of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) has been demonstrated. However, the development of heteroatom-doped MoC to fabricate a water electrolyzer is still a challenge because of the limitation of a well-defined electronic structure of hybridization of Mo with heteroatom(s). Here, nitrogen (N) and phosphor (P) codoped MoC embedded carbon nanotubes (NCNT@P,N-MoC) with the priority occupation of C-sites by N, which well confines the P-implantation at the pyrrodic N-sites and brings out N-O bonding on the surface, which favorably modifies the electronic configuration of adjacent Mo, resulting in highly efficient pH-tolerant HER activity. This study not only presents a potential HER electrocatalyst candidate but also provides a strategy for the construction of a well-defined electronic structure of heteroatom(s)-neighboring carbon-based materials.

Background: Improving functioning in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) and bipolar disorder (BD) is a priority therapeutic objective.
Methods: This retrospective post hoc secondary analysis evaluated 108 patients with MDD or BD receiving the antidepressants vortioxetine, ketamine, or infliximab. The analysis aimed to determine if changes in objective or subjective cognitive function mediated the relationship between depression symptom severity and workplace outcomes.

Background: Since January 2023, South Korea has launched a pilot program of home‐based rehabilitation services for patients with acute and chronic conditions. However, research on the effectiveness of occupational therapy for homebound stroke patients, aimed at promoting independence and activity participation, is limited. Additionally, previous action observation training studies in home settings often overlooked clients' occupational priorities and meanings.

Background: Increasing evidence points to the possible risk roles of psychosocial factors (lack of education, active social participation, physical exercise and mentally stimulating activity, economic instability, traumatic life events) in the pathogenic process and clinical manifestation of dementia disorders. In recent years in our country, in the context of a complex inflationary process, there has been an increase in all indicators of vulnerability and poverty, exceeding 40% of the population below the poverty line in 2023 and around 9% below the indigence line.
Method: In the context of International Alzheimer’s Day, the Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Week was held at the Hospital de Clínicas of Buenos Aires.

Background: Falls are a significant concern for hospitals and patients. The risk of falls is particularly heightened around the period of hospitalization. Physical therapy (PT) is commonly consulted for hospitalized patients at-risk for falls, yet it is unknown how the hospital context influences fall prevention practice among physical therapists.
