Background: Lymphatic malformations (LMs) are low-flow, congenital lesions commonly presenting as asymptomatic masses in the head and neck. However, large lymphangiomas can significantly affect breathing or swallowing, posing considerable treatment challenges.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of complex cervicofacial LMs in infants was conducted over the past 8 years at the Department of Radiology.
Background: Rhabdomyoma is the most common cardiac tumor in fetal life. It has frequent association with tuberous sclerosis complex and may lead to heart failure, a potentially fatal condition. The use of transplacental sirolimus, a mTOR inhibitor, has emerged as a novel treatment in symptomatic fetal rhabdomyomas, there are, though, only few cases described.

Kaposiform lymphangiomatosis (KLA) is a rare and aggressive subtype of complex lymphatic anomalies (CLA), characterized by abnormal lymphatic proliferation leading to distinct clinical manifestations. Despite the complexity of this condition, there is no established standard therapy, and treatment options such as sclerotherapy, laser therapy, and surgery remain variably effective and are limited to symptom management rather than curative. Sirolimus, an mTOR pathway inhibitor, has shown promise as a primary therapy, particularly in patients without a driver mutation.

Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare congenital vascular malformations with associated morbidities. We describe a neonatal case of upper limb high-flow AVM presenting with upper limb soft tissue mass and postnatal high-output heart failure. Doppler study suggested high-flow AVM, and later magnetic resonance angiography of the right upper limb confirmed the diagnosis.

Background: Evidence regarding drug-coated balloon (DCB)-only angioplasty in de novo lesions of large vessels is still limited and mainly focused on paclitaxel-coated balloon. We aimed to analyze the safety and efficacy of sirolimus-coated balloon (SCB)-only angioplasty in de novo lesions in large vessels compared to drug-eluting stent (DES).
Methods: In this retrospective, dual-center, case-control study, we enrolled all consecutive patients treated between January 2022 and January 2024 with SCB-only angioplasty in de novo lesion in large vessel (> 2.
