Introduction: This systematic review is aimed to evaluate the outcomes of published studies on the topic of fatigue-induced neuromuscular and biomechanical changes after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction.
Evidence Acquisition: The identification of studies involved a search across three databases - PubMed, Scopus, and Sportdiscus - until July 2023. The key terms utilized were fatigue, anterior cruciate ligament, biomechanics, electromyography, and landing.
Purpose: To investigate long-term corneal biomechanical changes in thin corneas after small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE).
Methods: Patients with indications for SMILE were enrolled in this study between November 2017 and March 2018. Patients were matched for age, spherical diopter, cylinder, spherical equivalent (SE), and lenticule thickness (LT), and then categorized into the thin cornea group (preoperative thinnest central corneal thickness [CCT] of 500 µm or less, 32 eyes) or normal cornea group (CCT of greater than 500 µm, 32 eyes).
Purpose Of The Study: Intraarticular fractures of the distal femur rank among the most severe musculoskeletal injuries. Various treatment options, such as plate osteosynthesis or retrograde nailing, can be employed. This study aims to evaluate the clinical outcomes and complications of intraarticular distal femoral fractures treated with retrograde femoral nail, with particular emphasis on C3 fractures.

Introduction And Hypothesis: Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) impacts women's health and quality of life. Post-surgery complications can be severe. This study uses rat models to replicate sacrocolpopexy and test materials for pelvic support, verifying the 4-week postoperative mortality rate, the mechanical properties of the mesh tissue, and the collagen content.

Temporal parameters are crucial for understanding running performance, especially in elite sports environments. Traditional measurement methods are often labor-intensive and not suitable for field conditions. This study seeks to provide greater clarity in parameter estimation using a single device by comparing it to the gold standard.
