In recent years, CsPbX (X = Cl, Br, I) perovskite quantum dots (QDs) have been considered as the most promising materials for light-emitting diodes (LEDs). However, the advances of CsPbX quantum dot-based light emitting diodes (QLEDs) still lagged behind inorganic III-V LEDs and other organic LEDs. Herein, a strategy to improve the performances of perovskite QLEDs is reported by utilizing the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) effects of Au nanospheres (NSs). It is accomplished by introducing a Au NS layer into the electron transport layer of Ca -CsPbBr QLEDs, where the diameter and spacing of Au NSs and the interaction distance between the Ca -CsPbBr QD and Au NS layers are modulated, according to the theoretical simulation of Finite-difference time-domain. As a result, the photoluminescence quantum yield of Ca -CsPbBr QD layer is improved from 31.5% to 73.3%. Finally, the luminance of Ca -CsPbBr QLEDs is improved from 16824 to 63931 cd m and external quantum efficiency (EQE) is improved from 4.2% to 10.5%. The radiative transition rate can be remarkably modulated from 0.7 × 10 to 6.6 × 10 s . The enhancement in luminance and EQE are the best values in the LSPR modified perovskite QLEDs and the strategy offered in this work fits with other LEDs and optoelectrical devices.

We review the current state of understanding of Ceres as it relates to planetary protection policy for future landed missions, including for sample return, to the dwarf planet. The Dawn mission found Ceres to be an intriguing target for a mission, with evidence for the presence of regional, possibly extensive liquid at depth, and local expressions of recent and potentially ongoing activity. The Dawn mission also found a high abundance of carbon in the regolith, interpreted as a mix of carbonates and amorphous carbon, as well as locally high concentrations of organic matter.

Preparation of Hydroxyapatite-Aligned Collagen Sheets and Their Evaluation for Fibroblast Adhesion and Collagen Secretion.

The structure of many native tissues consists of aligned collagen (Col) fibrils, some of which are further composited with dispersed hydroxyapatite (HAp) nanocrystals. Accurately mimicking this inherent structure is a promising approach to enhance scaffold biocompatibility in tissue engineering. In this study, biomimetic sheets composed of highly aligned Col fibrils were fabricated using a plastic compression and tension method, followed by the deposition of HAp nanocrystals on the surface via an alternate soaking method.

Mode-informed complex-valued neural processes for matched field processing.

A complex-valued neural process method, combined with modal depth functions (MDFs) of the ocean waveguide, is proposed to reconstruct the acoustic field. Neural networks are used to describe complex Gaussian processes, modeling the distribution of the acoustic field at different depths. The network parameters are optimized through a meta-learning strategy, preventing overfitting under small sample conditions (sample size equals the number of array elements) and mitigating the slow reconstruction speed of Gaussian processes (GPs), while denoising and interpolating sparsely distributed acoustic field data, generating dense field data for virtual receiver arrays.

The poor efficiency and stability of blue Quantum Dot Light-Emitting diodes (QLED) hinders the practical applications of QLEDs full-color displays. Excessive electron injection, insufficient hole injection, and abundant defects on the surface of quantum dots (QD) are the main issues limiting the performance of blue devices. Herein, an in situ treatment with bipolar small molecule polydentate ligand-guanidine chloride (GACl) is proposed to simultaneously suppress excessive electron injection, patch surface defects of QDs and enhance hole injection.

Institute of Molecular Medicine and Shanghai Key Laboratory for Nucleic Acid Chemistry and Nanomedicine, State Key Laboratory of Oncogenes and Related Genes, Department of Laboratory Medicine, Renji Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, 200127, China.

A 3D DNA spatial chip (DSC) based on an icosahedral DNA origami framework is introduced to construct customized circular single-stranded DNA (c-ssDNA) for data storage. Within the confined space of the DSC, thirty addressable location sequences extending from the framework edges are available for designing circular paths and directing the assembly of a series of information oligonucleotides for efficient ligation. This strategy is verified by constructing c-ssDNAs from up to 15 fragments to encode two poems (800 and 860 nucleotides).
