Background: User selection is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of mobile medical businesses. Under the background of increasingly fierce competition, the decision-making behavior of mobile medical businesses will directly affect the choice of the behavior of users.
Methods: The study constructs the decision-making behavior model of mobile medical business based on the user choice and adds the role of people in government. It uses the game method to explore the relationship between the government, mobile medical business, and users. Finally, it makes an example analysis. Empirical research is conducted to demonstrate the influence of different parameter changes on the results.
Results: The results show that in the absence of government intervention, users' choice of filtering information will create a bad environment for mobile medical businesses, and further will be reduced, and the expected utility of businesses will not be affected causing a reduction in expected utility of companies. Similarly, government regulations can effectively improve the mobile medical environment and enhance the expected utility of mobile medical companies.
Conclusion: The government needs to formulate relevant laws and regulations to ensure the orderly operation of the mobile medical market and strengthen government supervision. It is necessary to conduct publicity and education to protect the fundamental interests of users and businesses.

Bacterial adaptive immunity, driven by CRISPR-Cas systems, protects against foreign nucleic acids from mobile genetic elements (MGEs), like bacteriophages. The type I-E CRISPR-Cas system employs the Cascade (CRISPR-associated complex for antiviral defense) complex for target DNA cleavage, guided by crRNA. Anti-CRISPR (Acr) proteins, such as AcrIE7, counteract this defense by inhibiting Cascade activity.

A strain positive for the metallo-beta-lactamase gene and resistant to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole was unexpectedly isolated from a surveillance rectal swab. The characterization of the strain revealed carriage of a 91 kb integrative and conjugative element (ICE) harboring several resistance determinants [, , , , ∆, , and ], closely related with a group of -type ICEs widespread among and other pseudomonads. Results highlighted the possible spreading of similar elements to , mediating the acquisition of relevant resistances.

Background: Transport by mobile stroke units (MSUs), which provide access to computed tomography scanning and intravenous blood pressure medications and thrombolytics, reduces time to treatment and may improve short-term functional outcomes for patients with acute stroke. The longer-term clinical and financial impacts remain incompletely understood. The aim of the study was to determine whether MSU care is associated with better health, utilization, and spending outcomes for patients with suspected acute stroke.

This state-of-the-art review examines disparities in the diagnosis, management, and outcomes of cardiac arrhythmias globally. These arrhythmias include atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachyarrhythmias underlying sudden cardiac death, and bradyarrhythmias associated with sinus node and atrioventricular node disease. Arrhythmias in low- and middle-income countries often result in higher mortality rates due to complex and poorly documented risk factors, lack of clinical expertise among health care personnel, lack of sufficient infrastructure, and challenges in access to care.
