Psychiatry's Expanded Integration into Primary Care.

Integrated behavioral care, and in particular, the collaborative care model, has been working to improve access and treatment for people with mental health disorders. Integrated care allows for adaptable, scalable, and sustainable practice that addresses the mental health needs of the public. During the pandemic several challenges emerged to delivering integrated care. This disruption happened at a systems level, team-based care level, scope of care level, and patient access level. This article looks through the lens of those various levels to identify and some of the lessons learned to help build a more resilient and flexible integrated care program.

The purpose of this study was to compare changes in circulating microRNAs -126 (c-miR-126) and -222 (c-miR-222) following acute serial concurrent exercise (SCE) and integrated concurrent exercise (ICE) sessions among young, sedentary adults. Ten males and 9 females completed the study procedures. For SCE, participants performed resistance exercise (RE) followed by aerobic exercise (AE), without mixing the two.

Unlabelled: Integrated Assessment Models (IAMs) and System Dynamic Models (SDMs) are starting to incorporate representations of the impact of environmental changes on health and socio-economic development into their modelling frameworks. The comparison between traditional Chinese medicine Jinzhen oral liquid (JZOL) and Western medicine in treating children with acute bronchitis (AB) showed encouraging outcomes.
