Aiming at the problem that agricultural quadrotor UAV is easily disturbed in ultra-low altitude phenotype remote sensing and precision hovering of spraying, an adaptive composite anti-disturbance attitude controller is proposed for ground effect and propeller failure disturbances rejection. The adaptive composite disturbance rejection control (ACDRC) is composed of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) and disturbance observer (DO) based on nominal inverse model, which is used to estimate wind disturbance, payload disturbance and propeller failure disturbance in real time. For the bandwidth tuning of the extended state observer (ESO), an online tuning method based on iterative learning control (ILC) is proposed to realize the adaptive extended state observer (ESO). And the stability of the composite anti-disturbance controller is analyzed. In the experiments, the wind disturbance experiments under the side-down flow and the horizontal flow, the failure experiments under the single propeller failure and twin propeller failure, and the composite disturbances experiments under the simultaneous action of the wind disturbance, propeller failure and payload disturbance are carried out. The experimental results show that under wind disturbance, the anti-disturbance performance of ACDRC is increased by 82.5%; under the disturbance of propeller fault, the anti-disturbance performance of ACDRC is increased by 60%; under the composite disturbance, the anti-disturbance performance of ACDRC is increased by 50%. Finally, the effectiveness of ACDRC is further verified in vegetable and cotton fields.

Background: Whether inhaled corticosteroids (ICSs) reduce major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is debated.
Objectives: To establish, within people with COPD, (1) whether ICS reduced MACE rates (acute coronary syndrome (ACS), heart failure (HF), ischaemic strokes or cardiovascular-specific death) compared with long-acting bronchodilators; and (2) whether drug class, incident usership or patient cardiovascular history influenced the ICS-MACE relationship.
Methods: We conducted a cohort study including patients with COPD in England, using Clinical Practice Research Datalink Aurum data, linked with Hospital Episode Statistics and Office of National Statistics death data, between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2019.

Myositis-specific autoantibodies (MSAs) have become pivotal biomarkers for idiopathic inflammatory myopathies and have revolutionized understanding of the heterogeneous disease spectrum that affects both adults and children. The discovery and characterization of MSAs have substantially enhanced patient stratification based on clinical phenotype, thereby facilitating more precise diagnosis and ultimately improving management strategies. Advances in immunoassay technologies in the past 20 years have further propelled the field forward, enabling the detection of a growing repertoire of autoantibodies with high specificity and sensitivity; however, evolving research over the past decade has revealed that even within antibody-defined subsets, considerable clinical diversity exists, suggesting a broader spectrum of disease manifestations than previously acknowledged.

This case series explores the efficacy of freestyle perforator flaps, including the newly introduced suprascapular artery perforator flap (SSAP), in reconstructing trunk defects. Over a five-year period, 24 perforator flap procedures were performed on 19 patients, primarily for defect reconstruction after skin tumor and ulcer resections. Flap design was customized using preoperative doppler ultrasound and they were then transferred to defects in a V-Y or propeller fashion.
