The phytochemical investigation of a previously unstudied species of the genus , Hook.f. was undertaken and two new phenolic compounds, atricephenols A () and B () were isolated, along with nine known secondary metabolites ., (-)-melilotocarpan D (), genistein (), melilotocarpan A (), maackiain (), hydroxybenzaldehyde (), bornesitol (), -sitosterol (), sitosterol-3--β-D-glucopyranoside () and stigmasterol-3--β-D-glucopyranoside (). Their structures were elucidated by extensive NMR spectroscopic analyses and HRESIMS, and by comparing their data with those reported in the literature. Compounds , , - were tested for their antibacterial efficacies and for their potential to inhibit the enzyme urease. Compounds and showed significant antibacterial activity against (ZOIs of 13 and 15 mm, respectively), while the best urease inhibition was measured for compound with an IC value of 18.6 µM, which is higher than that of the potent inhibitor, thiourea (IC = 21.5 µM).

This study investigates the phenolic compounds (PC), volatile compounds (VC), and fatty acids (FA) of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) derived from the Turkish olive variety "Sarı Ulak", along with ADMET, DFT, molecular docking, and gene network analyses of significant molecules identified within the EVOO. Chromatographic methods (GC-FID, HPLC) were employed to characterize FA, PC, and VC profiles, while quality parameters, antioxidant activities (TAC, ABTS, DPPH) were assessed via spectrophotometry.
