Case: Multifocal synchronous primary skeletal chondrosarcomas of an extremity are rarely reported. In this study, we report 2 such cases. The first case is a 32-year-old woman who presented with extensive right femoral and tibial diaphysis lesions. The second case is a 36-year-old woman with lesions in the left proximal humerus, the coracoid process of scapula and sternum. Both patients underwent limb salvage surgery and were disease-free at the 38- and 20-month follow-up.
Conclusion: Athough rare, the possibility of multifocal chondrosarcoma should be kept in mind during the workup of a patient with chondrosarcoma.

Background: Gamma desynchronization is an early pathophysiological event in Alzheimer's disease with a disturbance in oscillation in the gamma frequency range 30-80 Hz. This disruption was found to be directly related to the disease progression and severity. Thus, the use of transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) possessed greater interest.

The replication of the two chromosomes in the pathogenic bacterium Vibrio cholerae is coordinated by the binding of initiator protein RctB to a checkpoint sequence, crtS. Replication of crtS on the primary chromosome (Chr1) triggers replication of the secondary chromosome (Chr2), but the details are poorly understood. Here, we analyze RctB binding patterns in the V.

Background: disease burden (PCI), completeness of cytoreduction or histological features, are known to influence survival after CRS-HIPEC for colorectal peritoneal metastases (CPM). However, there is still debate about influence of CPM onset. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of CPM onset on oncological outcomes after CRS-HIPEC.

Background: Hydatid cyst (HC) frequently affects the lungs, making it the second most common site after the liver. This study evaluated the clinical characteristics, surgical procedures, complications, laboratory findings, and factors influencing hospital length of stay (LOS) in patients undergoing surgery for pulmonary hydatid cysts.
Methods: This retrospective observational study included adult patients who underwent surgery for lung HC between 2017 and 2021.

Introduction: is a manualised self-management fall prevention programme co-developed for and with ambulatory and non-ambulatory people with multiple sclerosis (PwMS). Findings from a feasibility study indicate the necessity of a full-scale randomised controlled trial (RCT).
Methods And Analysis: A parallel-group RCT with a mixed methods process evaluation as well as a cost-effectiveness evaluation will be conducted.
