Amantadine was originally developed as an antiviral agent for influenza A. However, it also has off-label uses for Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis, and in the management of extrapyramidal symptoms. The mechanism of action in these conditions has yet to be elucidated. Ocular side effects from systemic amantadine are rare but have been described in three previous reports of amantadine-associated corneal edema in the pediatric population. We present an additional case of amantadine-associated transient visual impairment in a patient, which was associated with significant regression and worsening of his underlying neurodevelopmental status.

Department of Ophthalmology, Sisli Hamidiye Etfal Education and Research Hospital, Halaskargazi Street, 34371, Istanbul, Turkey.
Purpose: To evaluate the modified double-flanged technique in cases of subluxated foldable single-piece intraocular lenses (IOLs).
Methods: This retrospective study was conducted on 14 eyes of 14 patients. The following steps were performed in the surgical technique, respectively;the dislocated foldable single-piece IOL was repositioned into the anterior chamber, and the haptic was extracted through the corneal main incision.

Purpose: To report an interesting case of a massive iris cyst encompassing nearly the entire anterior chamber in an adult female years after cataract surgery.
Observation: A 77-year-old female with a history of bilateral cataract surgery presented with a large ciliary body mass in the left eye. The lesion was first incidentally noted one year prior to presentation and continued to grow and ultimately caused complete obstruction of the visual axis.
Purpose: To report the 2-year effective and safety profile of integrated phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation (PEI), goniosynechialysis (GSL) and 120° goniotomy (GT) in advanced primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) and cataracts.
Design: Multicentre prospective study.
Methods: 201 eyes of 196 patients who received combined PEI+GSL+ GT were assessed at baseline and re-evaluated at days 1, 7, and at 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months postsurgery.

Purpose: To assess rates of steroid-induced ocular hypertension, de novo glaucoma, and rejection episodes with long term, off-label use of fluorometholone 0.1% after Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) in patients without preexisting glaucoma.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed records of 250 patients without previous glaucoma, who underwent DMEK between 2015 and 2019, used prednisolone acetate 1% for 2 months, and then switched to fluorometholone 0.

Background: There is little research on the anti-inflammatory efficacy and safety of tobramycin dexamethasone+pranoprofen eye drops in treating endophthalmitis.
Aim: To appraise the efficacy and safety of tobramycin dexamethasone+propranolofen eye drops in the treatment of endophthalmitis.
Methods: The degree of corneal edema, foveal thickness, score of anterior chamber (AC) flares, best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), fasting blood glucose, inflammatory indexes of serum and aqueous humor, and adverse reactions were observed every week.
