We aimed to build a robust classifier for the MGMT methylation status of glioblastoma in multiparametric MRI. We focused on multi-habitat deep image descriptors as our basic focus. A subset of the BRATS 2021 MGMT methylation dataset containing both MGMT class labels and segmentation masks was used.

Objectives: The Scrotal and Penile Imaging Working Group (SPIWG) of the European Society of Urogenital Radiology (ESUR) aimed to formulate recommendations on the imaging modalities and minimal technical requirements for abdominopelvic imaging in the follow-up of adult patients treated for testicular germ-cell tumors (TGCT).

Methods: The SPIWG members performed an extensive literature search, reviewed the current clinical practice, and reached a consensus based on the opinions of experts in the field.

Results: Recurrence in patients treated for TGCT mainly occurs in retroperitoneal lymph nodes (LNs).

Background: Portal vein thrombosis (PVT) leads to portal hypertension (PH) with its sequelae. Computed tomography spleno-mesenterico-portography (CT-SMPG) combines sequential CT spleno-portography and CT mesenterico-portography. CT-SMPG comprehensively illustrates the venous hemodynamic changes due to PH.

Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging in Urothelial Cancer: Current Status and Future Directions.

Cancers (Basel)

January 2025

Urology Department, South Metropolitan Health Service, Murdoch, WA, 6150, Australia.

: The role of molecular imaging in urothelial cancer is less defined than other cancers, and its utility remains controversial due to limitations such as high urinary tracer excretion, complicating primary tumour assessment in the bladder and upper urinary tract. This review explores the current landscape of PET imaging in the clinical management of urothelial cancer, with a special emphasis on potential future advancements including emerging novel non-F FDG PET agents, PET radiopharmaceuticals, and PET-MRI applications. : We conducted a comprehensive literature search in the PubMed database, using keywords such as "PET", "PET-CT", "PET-MRI", "FDG PET", "Urothelial Cancer", and "Theranostics".

Background: The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CE-CT) image features at baseline and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in predicting histopathological response in patients with adenocarcinoma of the gastroesophageal junction (GEJ).

Methods: A total of 105 patients with a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the GEJ were examined by CE-CT at baseline and preoperatively after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. All patients underwent surgical resection.
