Importance: Use of the publicly available Large Language Model, Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT 3.5; OpenAI, 2022), is growing in health care despite varying accuracies.
Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the accuracy and readability of ChatGPT's responses to questions encompassing surgical informed consent in urogynecology.

Background: Dental trauma is a frequent injury seen commonly in young children. There is a link between malocclusion and the incidence of traumatic dental injuries. Preoperative treatment of PHPT aims to 1) manage severe and/or symptomatic hypercalcemia and 2) prevent postoperative hypocalcemia. Severe hypercalcemia, defined as a blood calcium level ≥ 3.5 mmol/L, requires admission to hospital in a conventional or critical care unit, depending on clinical symptoms and comorbidities.

Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) is a selective pulmonary vasodilator that is used as a treatment for persistent pulmonary hypertension in neonates (PPHN) with hypoxic respiratory failure. The generation of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species might induce oxidative/nitrosative damage to multiple organs. There is an increasing scientific and clinical interest in the determination of specific biomarkers to measure the degree of oxidative/nitrosative stress in non-invasively collected biofluids.
