Intraosseous hemangiomas are extremely rare and benign neoplasms of vascular origin, usually occurring in adults and involving skull bones, vertebra, ribs, sternum, long bones, patella and clavicle. Iliac or pelvic bone involvement is extremely rare. Hemangiomas of the marrow spaces are extremely uncommon. We report this rare neoplasm in a child that was incidentally detected on bone marrow examination for thrombocytopenia which mimicked a metastatic deposit. However, immunostaining with CD34 was successful in characterizing this solid vascular lesion as capillary hemangioma. This report emphasizes the importance of correctly identifying this lesion with the help of simple CD34 immunostaining since no specific therapy is required.

Fetal and neonatal cardiac tumors are rare and often benign. Clinical presentation is primarily related to mass effect, pericardial effusion or arrhythmia. Prenatal detection can assist with risk assessment and inform optimal delivery plan and postnatal management.

Introduction: Retinal capillary hemangioma (RCH) is a benign vascular hamartoma that can occur sporadically or as a manifestation of Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease. If left untreated, it results in adverse ocular complications depending on its location and eventual visual loss.
Case Presentation: We present a 50-year-old man who was a known case of VHL with history of left eye vision loss in the left eye at the age of 30 years.

Intrarenal hemangiomas lack concise clinicopathologic information, due to the predominance of single case reports and inclusion of other vascular neoplasms and hemangiomas of perirenal, hilar, and renal vein origin. Herein, in this multi-institutional study we evaluate clinicopathologic features of 39 intrarenal hemangiomas. The median age was 62 years (range = 27-94 years; 2:1 male to female ratio), with left-sided predominance (left = 21, right = 13; one case was bilateral).
