Background: The mental health crisis among college students intensified amid the COVID-19 pandemic, suggesting an urgent need for innovative solutions to support them. Previous efforts to address mental health concerns have been constrained, often due to the underuse or shortage of services. Mobile health (mHealth) technology holds significant potential for providing resilience-building support and enhancing access to mental health care.

Background: Digital solutions, such as mobile apps or telemonitoring devices, are frequently considered facilitators in the process of empowering older adults, but they can also act as a source of digital exclusion or disempowerment if they are not adequate for older adults' needs and characteristics.
Objective: This study aimed to synthesize and critically evaluate existing evidence on the effectiveness of integrated digital solutions that enable interaction for empowering older adults in aspects related to their health and to explore potential factors (eg, type of technology, participants' characteristics) impacting effectiveness.
Methods: A systematic search was carried out in PubMed, ScienceDirect, SCOPUS, EBSCO, and SciELO using a combination of terms informed by previous reviews on empowerment.

Background: Alzheimer's Caregiver Psychoeducation-Based Psychological Support Telerehabilitation; is an online program where the caregiver is educated about the disease and processes and supported therapeutically. This program also aims to promote the psychological well-being of the caregiver and ensure a positive prognosis.
Method: The study was conducted with 20 caregivers (relatives of patients) who applied to various branches of the Alzheimer Association of Turkey and received services, in a group setting using the Zoom Platform online.
