Accurate acne severity grading is crucial for effective clinical treatment and timely follow-up management. Although some artificial intelligence methods have been developed to automate the process of acne severity grading, the diversity of acne image capture sources and the various application scenarios can affect their performance. Therefore, it's necessary to design special methods and evaluate them systematically before introducing them into clinical practice.

Background: Acne vulgaris is a chronic, inflammatory skin disease of the pilosebaceous unit frequently cited as the most common condition diagnosed and treated by dermatologists. Among the many therapies developed for treating acne, none are effective for all patients and new treatments are always being sought. Background: Midfacial aging involves skeletal changes, muscle weakening, and fat redistribution, resulting in volume loss, skin sagging, and deepened nasolabial folds. High-Intensity Facial Electrical Stimulation (HIFES) combined with Radiofrequency (RF) is a novel non-invasive method to address these changes by enhancing muscle mass and remodeling subcutaneous tissue.
Objectives: To assess the efficacy of HIFES and Synchronized RF in improving midfacial aesthetics, specifically muscle thickness, skin displacement, and facial volume.
Introduction: Hair loss can happen for various reasons, including emotional stress, physical strain, certain medical issues, and nutritional gaps. When it comes to nutrition, a lack of vitamin D3 could be linked to diffuse hair loss.
Objectives: The aim was to look for the frequency of vitamin D3 deficiency with diffuse hair fall, especially in the Pakistani population.

Background: Destruction of a benign skin lesion should not be billed to Medicare if the lesion is solely a cosmetic concern. Reducing unnecessary benign destructions could lower Medicare costs.
Objective: Evaluate benign destruction rates relative to premalignant destruction rates and identify factors associated with frequent benign destruction among dermatologists.
