Minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS) offer an alternative approach, aiming to be both safe and effective. Defined by their ab interno technique, which avoids creating a bleb, MIGS procedures seek to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) by enhancing the outflow pathways of aqueous humor. Introduction And Importance: Elastofibroma dorsi is a rare benign soft tissue lesion primarily located in the subscapular region. This distinctive lesion, with its unique radiological and histological features, poses diagnostic challenges due to its subtle presentation and overlap with other conditions.
Case Presentation: A 48-year-old man, manual laborer with an unremarkable medical history presented with a progressively enlarging mass below the right scapula over two years.

Health system resilience is defined as the ability of a system to prepare, manage, and learn from shocks. This study investigates the resilience of the German health system by analysing the system-related factors that supported health care workers, a key building block of the system, during the COVID-19 pandemic. We thematically analysed data from 18 semi-structured interviews with key informants from management, policy and academia, 17 in-depth interviews with health care workers, and 10 focus group discussions with health care workers.

Optimal brain function is shaped by a combination of global information integration, facilitated by long-range connections, and local processing, which relies on short-range connections and underlying biological factors. With aging, anatomical connectivity undergoes significant deterioration, which affects the brain's overall function. Despite the structural loss, previous research has shown that normative patterns of functions remain intact across the lifespan, defined as the compensatory mechanism of the aging brain.
