Deficits of social cognition are regularly but inconsistently reported among individuals with antisocial personality disorder (ASPD). Because of the multifaceted nature of social cognition, deficits might be only observed when assessing specific facets of social cognition and under sufficiently demanding conditions. Unlabelled: In the Chilean pediatric population, to date, there is no validated screening instrument for sleep-related breathing disorders (SRBD).
Objective: to develop and validate a cross-cultural adaptation of the Pediatric Sleep Questionnaire - sleep-related breathing disorder scale (PSQ-SRBD), by creating the Chilean Spanish version (PSQ-CL).
Patients And Method: The PSQ-SRBD was translated from English into Chilean Spanish, obtaining the PSQ-CL, which was subsequently validated.

Retinal pathological angiogenesis (PA) is a common hallmark in proliferative retinopathies, including age-related macular degeneration (AMD), proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR), and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). The mechanisms underlying PA is complex and incompletely understood. In this study, we investigated the role of extracellular matrix (ECM) protein biglycan (BGN) in PA using an oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) mouse model, along with hypoxia (1% O) conditions for incubating pericytes and endothelial cells in vitro.
