Abdominal lymphangiomas are benign congenital abnormal dilatation and proliferation of lymphatic spaces primarily seen in children. The wide spectrum of symptoms challenges preoperative diagnoses. We present a rare case of a 2-year-old boy presented to pediatrician with massive abdominal distention and left scrotal swelling since the age of 1½ years.

Background: This study reports our seven-year experience of one-year follow-up results after scrotal and testicular trauma, classified according to the Gülhane Grading System (GGS). We provide detailed hormonal analyses, ultrasound (US) evaluations, and spermiogram results. There are no previous studies that focus on all these detailed topics in relation to a grading system.

Background: Inguinal hernia repair, particularly using TAPP, is common in males, and acclaimed for minimal invasiveness but often complicated by seromas, significantly affecting recovery and health care costs.
Methods: This retrospective study analyzed data from 266 male patients with unilateral indirect inguinal hernia who underwent transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) repair. We divided the patients into a training set (n = 188) and a validation set (n = 78).

Background: Undescended testes (UDT) is a condition where one or both testes is absent in the scrotum. The general age recommendation in which the treatment should be performed is before 18 months old due to the infertility risk and malignancy in later life. In post-pubertal UDT, the current guideline recommends orchiectomy; however, the strength rating of this recommendation is weak.
