This article presents a hydrological reconstruction of the Upper Colorado River Basin with an hourly temporal resolution, and 1-km spatial resolution from October 1982 to September 2019. The validated dataset includes a suite of hydrologic variables including streamflow, water table depth, snow water equivalent (SWE) and evapotranspiration (ET) simulated by an integrated hydrological model, ParFlow-CLM. The dataset was validated over the period with a combination of point observations and remotely sensed products. These datasets provide a long-term, natural-flow, simulation for one of the most over-allocated basins in the world.

Importance: Fracture-related infection (FRI) is a serious complication following fracture fixation surgery. Current treatment of FRIs entails debridement and 6 weeks of intravenous (IV) antibiotics. Lab data and retrospective clinical studies support use of oral antibiotics, which are less expensive and may have fewer complications than IV antibiotics.

This study surveyed a large sample of veterans about their satisfaction with prosthetic-related care and sought to understand how women veterans with limb loss rate their satisfaction with prostheses and care.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional, mixed-mode survey of 46,614 veterans with major upper or lower limb amputation or partial foot amputation to assess amputation type, prosthesis use intensity, satisfaction with prostheses and services, and quality of life.

Polymeric membranes with great processability are attractive for the H/CO separation required for hydrogen production from renewable biomass with carbon capture for utilization and sequestration. However, it remains elusive to engineer polymer architectures to obtain desired sub-3.3 Å ultramicropores to efficiently sieve H from CO.

Context: Transcutaneous spinal stimulation (TSS), applied to the cervical spine, is able to improve voluntary upper extremity strength and function in individuals with cervical spinal cord injury (SCI). While most respond and improve in the presence of TSS, others do not respond as favorably. Midsagittal tissue bridges, adjacent to the lesion, can be observed and measured using T-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and both ventral and dorsal tissue bridges are associated with recovery following SCI.

Purpose: To assess the association between neoadjuvant therapy and overall survival (OS) in patients with left-sided resectable pancreatic cancer (RPC) compared to upfront surgery.
Background: Left-sided pancreatic cancer is associated with worse OS compared to right-sided pancreatic cancer. Although neoadjuvant therapy is currently seen as not effective in patients with RPC, current randomized trials included mostly patients with right-sided RPC.
