The photodetector based on methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI) is a promising device for wide wavelength range (380-780 nm) sensitivity. However, its industrial application is limited by the relatively low response speed to the light signal, which has received little attention. Only a few reports show low-bandwidth characteristics (less than 1 MHz at 0.1 cm). Here, when a cosolvent strategy to manipulate the thickness and the crystallinity of the MAPbI film is adopted, photodetectors with a -3 dB bandwidth of 4.7 MHz are achieved (at 0.16 cm photo detecting area). The performance is significantly better than most of the organic and hybrid photodetectors reported so far. Based on this photodetector and an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), an organic optocoupler system with 1 MHz response frequency is successfully set up. Our results suggest that thickness-manipulated cosolvent strategy is a promising method in high-speed MAPbI-based photodetectors.

Purpose: Mastoparan-M (Mast-M) has cytotoxic effects on various tumor cells in vitro, including liver cancer and colorectal cancer. However, the anti-tumor mechanism of Mast-M remains unclear and its potential for anti-tumor therapy has not been investigated. Herein, we aimed to develop a novel phytosome formulation loaded with Mast-M and evaluate its efficacy against breast cancer both in vitro and in vivo.

Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries has been regarded as one of the most promising next-generation energy storage systems due to their high theoretical energy density. However, the practical application of Li-S batteries is still hindered by the unstable cathode-electrolyte interphase and the early passivation of charge product (Li2S), leading to poor cycling stability and low S utilization. Herein, we propose an electrolyte engineering strategy using highly solvating hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) as a co-solvent to elucidate the dissociation-precipitation chemistry of lithium polysulfides (LiPSs).

Ketamine HCl, an FDA-approved therapeutic, is administered through various routes, including intranasal delivery. Administering an adequate therapeutic dose of intranasal ketamine HCl is challenging due to the limited volume that can be delivered intranasally given the current commercially available concentrations. This study investigates solubilizing strategies to enhance the aqueous solubility of ketamine HCl for intranasal administration.

: Solubility is one of the most important parameters in the research and development processes of the pharmaceutical industry. In this context, cosolubility is one of the most used strategies to improve the solubility of poorly soluble drugs, besides allowing to identify some factors involved in the dissolution process. The aim of this research is to evaluate the solubility of sulfamethazine in acetotinitrile + 1-propanol cosolvent mixtures at 9 temperatures (278.

Copper hexacyanoferrate (CuHCF) demonstrates high working voltage, convenient synthesis methods, and economic benefits. However, capacity decay of CuHCF//Zn full cells is usually observed in aqueous electrolytes due to the dissolution of Cu and Fe, as indicated by the irreversible insertion of Zn ions and the consequent formation of ZnCuHCF. To address these challenges, a cathode-oriented electrolyte engineering design employing a methyl acetate (MA) co-solvent with zinc triflate (Zn(OTf)) salt electrolyte is implemented.
