Background: Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a rare primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, accounting for 50%-60% of all cutaneous T-cell lymphoma cases. It has a prevalence of approximately 5-6 cases per 1 million people annually and a higher incidence in dark-skinned populations.
Case Presentation: We report a case of hyperpigmented MF in a 72-year-old dark-skinned man with a 5-year history of progressive, widespread poikilodermatous patches and thin plaques on the back and bilateral legs.

A 70-year-old woman presented with generalized reticulate pigmentation, scarring alopecia, and few discrete, violaceous plaques over the trunk and forearm. Dermoscopic evaluation of the reticulate plaque showed reticulate hyperpigmentation with multiple telangiectasias, and skin biopsy showed lichenoid interface dermatitis with marked pigment incontinence. Thus, a final diagnosis of poikiloderma due to lichen planus pigmentosus was considered.

LTR is found in clinical conditions with lichenoid poikilodermatous and pigmentary dermatoses. A selected group of fifty lichenoid and pigmentary dermatoses such as Lichen planus (LP) Discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) Lichenoid melanodermatitis (LM) and Lichen nitidus (LN) were studied.
