The current research describes the synthesis, characterization and application of CoFeO/g-CN/bentonite as a novel nanocomposite for the efficient degradation of aniline blue under solar irradiation. Powder XRD, TIR, SEM, TEM, VSM and UV-DRS were used to describe the formation and morphology of the composite. The composite has been used as a heterogeneous photocatalyst to degrade aniline blue in the presence of HO. In the presence of HO in solar radiation, it was possible to degrade 88.5% of 10 ppm aniline blue solution just in 50 min using 50 mg of the composite. The improvement in photodegradation rate in the existence of HO was attributed to the advanced oxidation process (AOP) mechanism of photo-Fenton involving the production of reactive hydroxyl and perhydroxyl radicals. The degradation was found to follow first-order kinetics with high regression coefficient with elevated rate constant.

Aniline Blue is a synthetic dye extensively used in various industries, including textiles, plastics, and biological research due to its effective staining properties. However, its environmental and health impacts, particularly its neurotoxic effects, are poorly understood. While the dye has been associated with carcinogenicity and organ toxicity, the neurobehavioral consequences of Aniline Blue exposure remain underexplored.

Unlabelled: The importance of identifying pathological changes in the liver both in fundamental researches and in diagnostic practice dictates the necessity to have a convenient method of assessing functional condition of resident macrophages and connective tissue fibers. is to assess the technology of combined histo-immunohistochemical detection of collagen fibers of connective tissue and resident liver macrophages using aniline blue histological stain and available antibodies to the microglial marker, the Iba-1 protein.
Materials And Methods: Liver samples from adult rats (n=6) have been used in the study.

Purpose: Zinc is known to influence chromatin stability, motility and protection against oxidative stress. While swim-up remains the preferred method for selecting sperm in Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART), concerns arise regarding sperm DNA fragmentation associated with this procedure. Given zinc's significant role in protecting sperm DNA integrity and motility, we aimed to investigate the impact of zinc supplementation during the swim-up process on sperm quality.
