Harnessing high-dimensional entangled states of light presents a frontier for advancing quantum information technologies, from fundamental tests of quantum mechanics to enhanced computation and communication protocols. In this context, the spatial degree of freedom stands out as particularly suited for on-chip integration. But while traditional demonstrations produce and manipulate path-entangled states sequentially with discrete optical elements, continuously coupled nonlinear waveguide systems offer a promising alternative where photons can be generated and interfere along the entire propagation length, unveiling novel capabilities within a reduced footprint.

Background: Rapid planning is of tremendous value in proton pencil beam scanning (PBS) therapy in overcoming range uncertainty. However, the dose calculation of the dose influence matrix (D) in robust PBS plan optimization is time-consuming and requires substantial acceleration to enhance efficiency.
Purpose: To accelerate the D calculations in PBS therapy, we developed an AI-D engine integrated into our in-house treatment planning system (TPS).

Background: Peer support programs may be effective for supporting breastfeeding among diverse groups, and in reducing disparities. This study provides insight regarding the implementation and outcomes of a peer breastfeeding support program.
Research Aims: (1) to examine how participation affected the outcomes of breastfeeding motivation, confidence, and coping strategies; and (2) to evaluate satisfaction with the program.
Background: This quality improvement project aimed to increase the screening rate for OSA in individuals aged 18 and above with obesity (body mass index [BMI] ≥30).
Methods: This quality improvement study occurred from March 2023 to August 2023 using a two-independent pre-implementation post-implementation design. The STOP-Bang Questionnaire (SBQ) was implemented during annual exams, chronic disease management visits, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.
