Background: To report a rare case of nasal natural killer/T (NK/T) cell lymphoma with bilateral intraocular and lung metastasis and to further describe the clinical features of intraocular manifestations.
Case Presentation: A 54-year-old man presented with a 3-month history of left nasal congestion, and bilateral vision impairment of one week duration. Subsequent maxillary computed tomography (CT) and multiple biopsies confirmed the diagnosis of nasal NK/T-cell lymphoma. EBV-encoded small RNA (EBER) in situ hybridization revealed EBV infection. A comprehensive ophthalmic examination found lymphoma-associated retinopathy and choroidopathy, which presented as bilateral diverse patterns and retinal detachment. In addition, the chest CT showed multiple scattered nodules in both lungs, and soft-tissue mass in the left hilum with mediastinal and axillary lymphadenopathy. The condition of this patient deteriorated rapidly and he died shortly after diagnosis.
Conclusions: The rarity of secondary ocular NK/T-cell lymphoma makes it challenging to identify these tumors early. Both otolaryngologist and ophthalmologists should be aware of ocular involvement and other secondary manifestations of NK/T-cell lymphoma.

The atypical expression of immune phenotypes in lymphoma is often associated with a poor prognosis and presents diagnostic challenges. The present study reports on a rare extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma. In addition to typical morphology and immunohistochemical characteristics, these tumors strongly express CD20 and CD30 and partially express CD15, which is associated with aggressive clinical behavior.

Primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma of the meninges is a rare tumor that originates in the meninges and does not show parenchymal or systemic spread. CNS involvement by natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma accounts for only 2% of all extranodal NK/T-cell lymphomas, and primary NK/T-cell lymphoma of the meninges is even rarer. The present study reports a case of a 55-year-old male patient with primary NK/T-cell lymphoma.

Background: Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTCL-NT) is a rare, highly invasive Epstein-Barr virus associated hematological malignant tumor with an unfavorable prognosis. Although ENKTCL-NT has been previously reported, no relevant article has provided an intuitive, progressive series of schematic illustrations of the rapid progression of facial ulcers.
Objective: This article reports a serious case of ENKTCL-NT that involved the entire process from onset to death.

Clinical application of autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cells is complicated by limited targeting of cancer types, as well as the time-consuming and costly manufacturing process. We develop CD70-targeted, induced pluripotent stem cell-derived CAR-natural killer (NK) (70CAR-iNK) cells as an approach for universal immune cell therapy. Besides the CD70-targeted CAR molecule, 70CAR-iNK cells are modified with CD70 gene knockout, a high-affinity non-cleavable CD16 (hnCD16), and an interleukin (IL)-15 receptor α/IL-15 fusion protein (IL15RF).
