Primary bone lymphoma (PBL) is a rare but distinct clinicopathological disease, usually occurring in the pelvis, spine, and ribs. To date, only a few cases have been reported as beginning in the patella. Due to the lack of clinical evidence, the optimal treatment strategy has not been established. Here, we report a case that presented unexplained right knee pain. The case was diagnosed with the non-germinal center, diffuse large B cell lymphoma in the patella by imaging examinations and bone biopsy. Then, the patient received a patellectomy and eight cycles of R-CHOP chemotherapy. After treatment, the patient achieved a favorable prognosis and satisfactory functional recovery.

Neurobehavioral Pharmacology Laboratory, Department of Pharmacology, School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi 110062, India. Electronic address:

Medium chained triglycerides (MCT) ketogenic diet is being extensively investigated for its neuroprotective effects against adverse effects associated with aging and neurodegenerative disorders. Aging is a common risk factor for the development of both osteoporosis and neurological disorders. Hence, suppression of aging and age-related neurodegeneration might contribute to delaying skeletal aging.

Background: Total hip arthroplasty is the preferred treatment for advanced hip osteoarthritis, yet complications like hip dislocation (0.2 %-10 %) persist due to factors such as implant design, positioning, surgical technique, and patient-specific conditions. Impingement between prosthetic components or the acetabulum and proximal femur is a primary cause of instability.

During ovary development, the dormant primordial follicles (PF) are stimulated and begin to develop into primary follicles (PrF), a process called follicle activation. Only activated follicles can continue to grow and release the eggs in the future, making the female animal fertile. The molecular events during PF activation are not fully understood.
