Objective: This study aimed to investigate the role of the autophagy-related long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) MIR210HG in hepatocellular carcinoma and its potential as a therapeutic target.
Methods: LncRNA MIR210HG expression and its correlation with survival outcomes in hepatocellular carcinoma patients were analyzed using data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression analyses were conducted to assess survival correlations.

Background: Sarcomas (SARC) are a diverse group of malignant tumors originating from mesenchymal tissues, characterized by poor prognosis under conventional therapies. CX3CR1, a chemokine receptor involved in immune cell migration, has emerged as a key player in SARC. Post-translational modifications (PTMs) such as phosphorylation and ubiquitination critically modulate CX3CR1, influencing cancer progression, immune responses, and treatment resistance.

Despite immense interest in biomarker applications of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood, our understanding of circulating EVs under physiological conditions in healthy humans remains limited. Using imaging and multiplex bead-based flow cytometry, we comprehensively quantified circulating EVs with respect to their cellular origin in a large cohort of healthy blood donors. We assessed coefficients of variations to characterize their biological variation and explored demographic, clinical, and lifestyle factors contributing to observed variation.

Background: Natural killer (NK) cells are important contributors to antitumor immunity in clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). However, their phenotype, function, and association with clinical outcomes in ccRCC remain poorly understood.
Materials And Methods: We analyzed single-cell RNA sequencing data from 13 primary tumors, 1 localized tumor extension, and 1 metastasis from ccRCC patients at different clinical stages.

Intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (ICAS) and intracranial aneurysms are prevalent conditions in the cerebrovascular system. ICAS causes a narrowing of the arterial lumen, thereby restricting blood flow, while aneurysms involve the ballooning of blood vessels. Both conditions can lead to severe outcomes, such as stroke or vessel rupture, which can be fatal.
