The presented case describes a 56-year-old male with adult-onset Still's disease, exhibiting polyserositis in 2019, who underwent pleurectomy and pericardiectomy. Despite treatment with tocilizumab and methylprednisolone, the patient developed deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in 2022, managed with apixaban. A contrast-enhanced chest tomography revealed no recurrent thromboembolic events.

Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) is characterized by self-limited bouts of fever and polyserositis. Skin involvement is not common in FMF, and erysipelas-like erythema is found to be the most frequent skin eruption which is often accompanied by arthritis and fever, and disappears within 12-72 h. We report a 40-year-old Japanese woman who presented with a 2-year history of recurrent fever with general fatigue, polyarthralgia and transient maculopapular eruptions on her lower extremities and trunk.

We report on a rare case of a late-onset drug-induced lupus erythematosus. A 35 year old male patient complained about dyspnea, chest pain and reduced physical activity for three months. His medical history consisted of epilepsy treated with carbamazepine for 20 years.
