Purpose: To investigate and compare the feasibility, safety, and clinical outcomes of antegrade and retrograde laparoscopic bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy for penile cancer.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 32 patients with penile cancer admitted between 2018 and 2022. Among them, 17 patients underwent antegrade laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy (ALIL group) and 15 underwent retrograde laparoscopic inguinal lymphadenectomy (RLIL group).

This surgical video demonstrates the full-endoscopic repair of an incidental durotomy, offering practical guidance and insights into the technique. Incidental dural tears occur in up to 1% of lumbar endoscopic surgeries, with risk factors including interlaminar approaches, stenosis decompression, and power drill usage. Although many dural tears are managed with sealant or gel foam, no standard exists for when surgical repair is necessary.

Purpose: To communicate the results and complications in a series of 17 proximal lacrimal pathway obstructions (PLPO) operated by conjunctivo-rhinostomy (CR) with Métaireau tube implantation.
Methods: Retrospective descriptive study including 16 patients (17 PLPO) operated with CR between April 2010 and June 2017. Surgeries were performed under general anesthesia.

Acute pancreatitis is characterized by the premature activation of pancreatic enzymes leading to autodigestion and inflammation, commonly caused by gallstones or chronic alcohol consumption. However, iatrogenic factors, such as migration of a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube, can be a cause of acute pancreatitis but are less frequently reported in the literature. This is a case of a 77-year-old male patient with a medical history significant for myasthenia gravis with dysphagia requiring a PEG tube placement who presented with abdominal pain and elevated lipase levels.
