Hörl and Balac [1] describe a data pipeline to generate a synthetic travel demand for Paris and Île-de-France. The data set consists of households, persons and their daily activity chains. It can be used in transport simulation, energy analysis and other research fields such as epidemiology. This data-in-brief article describes in detail the generated data set and how it can be regenerated based on publicly available and open data. The characteristics and pre-processing steps for the input data sets are covered in detail.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into radiotherapy has advanced significantly during the past 5 years, especially in terms of automating key processes like organ at risk delineation and treatment planning. These innovations have enhanced consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in clinical practice. Magnetic resonance (MR)-guided linear accelerators (MR-linacs) have greatly improved treatment accuracy and real-time plan adaptation, particularly for tumors near radiosensitive organs.

RNA modifications are conserved chemical features found in all domains of life and across diverse RNA biotypes, shaping gene expression profiles and enabling rapid responses to environmental changes. Their broad chemical diversity and dynamic nature pose significant challenges for studying them comprehensively. These limitations can now be addressed through direct RNA nanopore sequencing (DRS), which allows simultaneous identification of diverse RNA modification types at single-molecule and single-nucleotide resolution.

Background: The presence of diffuse brain damage in normal-appearing white matter (NAWM) and gray matter (NAGM) in neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) remains controversial. We aimed to address this controversy by applying a multiparametric MRI approach. Additionally, the association between MRI metrics and clinical variables was explored.

Growing demand for air travel and limited scalable solutions pose significant challenges to the mitigation of aviation's climate change impact. Direct air capture (DAC) may gain prominence due to its versatile applications for either carbon removal (direct air carbon capture and storage, DACCS) or synthetic fuel production (direct air carbon capture and utilization, DACCU). Through a comprehensive and time-dynamic techno-economic assessment, we explore the conditions for synthetic fuels from DACCU to become cost-competitive with an emit-and-remove strategy based on DACCS under 2050 CO and climate neutrality targets.

Purpose: PSMA-PET is a reference standard examination for patients with prostate cancer, but even using recently introduced digital PET detectors image acquisition with standard field-of-view scanners is still in the range of 20 min. This may cause limited access to examination slots because of the growing demand for PSMA-PET. Ultra-fast PSMA-PET may enhance throughput but comes at the cost of poor image quality.
